Project Process
Your project may or may not require an in-person meeting. Many of our projects are handled through phone and online communication. (If you are local and prefer meeting in person, we are happy to accommodate.) After reviewing your project goals and specifications, an estimate will be provided. On large jobs or when working with new clients, a deposit of 50% is required. Final payment is due at the time of final client approval. We work hard to stay within your budget, but we need your help. If the scope expands—in size or complexity—additional fees will apply. If a project is cancelled at any time, you forfeit your deposit and the rights to any proofs or designs we have created; you will also be responsible for the cost of all completed work.
Rates
You will not find flat-rate pricing on this site for two reasons. First, each project is unique with varying requirements. Second, each budget is different; we consider your goals and discuss creative solutions that will fit your needs. Please contact us for a project estimate.
Lead Times
Our ability to turn a project around quickly depends on project specifications and your timely response providing content, reviews, and approvals. Expected lead times are included with estimates.
